Dr Robyn Anderson
I help people to take back control of their health through personalized, holistic healthcare, where every aspect of your well-being is honoured and nurtured.
Hi! My name is Dr Robyn Anderson
I am a homeopath

My personal journey with natural medicine began when I was lying in ICU right before my matric final exams, after I had taken my own health for granted. During this time, I was supported by my homeopath and I felt the difference that it makes when a doctor takes the time to show compassion and patience. This inspired me to work in a field where I could support people in such a way that they felt heard. Throughout my studies, this desire to help people grew into a passion for natural, holistic healthcare that is tailored to each patient.

I am passionate about homeopathy and natural medicine, and I’m dedicated to a holistic approach to patient care. The treatment process I follow honours the uniqueness of each patient and emphasizes that no two people are the same, so their treatment shouldn’t be. My goal is to address the root cause rather than merely treating the symptoms.

My accreditations:

  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa (AHPCSA)
  • Member of the Homeopathic Association of South Africa.
  • Registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders
  • Master’s Degree in Complementary Medicine (Cum Laude), with my Master’s Dissertation being focused on the management of female infertility, exploring the diverse approaches of South African homeopathic practitioners.

What I Do

Many people don’t know what a homeopath does. Essentially, I would have a consultation with you to fully understand your condition, so that I can decide on your treatment plan.

The first consultation usually takes between 60 to 90 minutes. This is because an in-depth conversation takes place to gather information on the physical, mental and emotional aspects of your current state, as well as your personal and family medical history. Focus is placed on ensuring that nothing is missed that may be an important factor in guiding treatment.

After the case taking, physical examination takes place where all the relevant examinations are done to gather more information on your condition and to screen for other possible abnormalities. Further testing may be recommended based on these findings.

The most appropriate treatment protocol will then be decided on and a follow-up consultation will be booked if necessary.

All of this is done to provide you with the most effective, safe and enjoyable treatment as possible!
